Staffing E-Trainer is the one source for all your staffing industry e-learning needs and was created in response to the overwhelming need for training on demand. The goal of Staffing E-Trainer is to provide job specific education and an implementation strategy for internal staff career development. Through our years of training, we found the biggest challenge for training in the staffing industry is finding the time to attend training sessions. So, we created Staffing E-Trainer to provide web-based courses, which are founded on the popular workshops created by Donna Mallard and Amy Munroe. |

Staffing Industry ExpertsWe have taken our successful training and career development strategies and created a web-based training alternative for staffing services. We have 44 years combined experience in the staffing industry in conjunction with 32 years of industry specific training experience. Donna Mallard is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist, with over twenty-three years experience in the staffing industry. Her background includes hands-on experience in customer service, business development, and management. She also has completed the Employment Law Accreditation Course. Donna’s tried and true training materials combine industry knowledge with professional instructional design. Donna has presented at the American Staffing Services Association's annual convention and has participated in multiple National Association of Personnel Services’ annual conventions. She has conducted workshops for various State Chapters of national associations, as well as numerous independent associations, including TempNet and TIPS. Amy Munroe is an industry veteran with over twenty years of experience in the staffing industry and has completed the Employment Law Accreditation Course. Amy worked for a staffing software company as a Consultant/Trainer and Business Analyst and worked in a staffing office in the areas of operations, sales and management. This range of experience brings a unique mix of skills to her clients and the training sessions she conducts. Amy Munroe has shared her philosophies and techniques with many
