ONBOARDING PROGRAM ASSESSMENTS
For companies that look to Staffing eTrainer for recommendations on how to improve their training and onboarding processes, a program assessment is performed. Typical assessments include an internal employee survey, followed by a 1 – 2 day visit that includes meetings with leadership to uncover goals and strategy, observing branch/field operations, discussions with employees, as well as a review of any documented instruction or policies. After the visit a comprehensive Executive Summary is delivered with recommendations for next steps.
