Why
are we different?
There are many companies that offer web-based learning. We are
different from others because we provide staffing industry specific
content using programs that have been proven successful over
the last 10 years. Each module is no longer than 1 hour in length
to allow the participant to complete the course, increase retention
rate and feel a sense of accomplishment in a short amount of
time.
These are not just on-line classes. The program includes:
-
Ongoing progress reports to supervisors
-
Printable workbooks
-
Learning management system
-
Guided implementation strategy
Each course comes with an implementation game
plan in the workbook provided. This game plan is intended as
a tool for the supervisor to help track and follow the content
the participant will implement. A training course is only as
good as the implementation.
