An onsite manager is a very different type of position than any other in a staffing company.  They are the living bridge between your company and your very important client.  Many times this position is left to ‘fend for themselves’ and struggle to find the right balance of working for the staffing company and ‘working for’ the client company. 

 

When someone is hired for or moved into an onsite position with your company, how are they set up for success?
